KGCleanCo was started by two young founders who wanted to build something of our own, from the ground up, in London.
No franchise behind us, no head office, no call centre. Just the two of us, our kit, and one rule we set on day one: if our name is on it, the clean has to be right.
Because we're starting out, every customer matters to us in a way it can't at a big firm. When you book, you're dealing with the owners. When something needs sorting, the person you message is the person who can sort it.
A weekly clean, a deep clean before guests arrive, an end-of-tenancy clean that has to pass inspection, an office that needs to look right on Monday morning. We treat each one the same way. We turn up when we say, work through the space properly, and check it before we leave.
